Measure B

SDCTA opposes Measure B because it would give the City of San Diego the ability to charge twice for garbage pick-up by neglecting the fact that everyone, including those who live in apartments, pay into property taxes. While we do believe changes do need to be made to the People’s Ordinance, there is a much better way than this.

Midway Height Limit

Measure C

SDCTA supports lifting the height limit in the Midway District. This would mean construction for more homes and structures that would provide jobs for San Diegans.
