Measure E

SDCTA opposes Measure E because it does not address the real problems Escondido is facing. The City’s extreme deficits cannot be fixed with a mere sales tax increase; there must be a complete overhaul. The longer they avoid doing so, the condition of Escondido’s public services will worsen and worsen until there is a complete collapse.  You can’t tax your way out of problems.
