City of Encinitas: Cannabis Tax

Measure L

SDCTA supports Measure L because it is a reasonable tax on cannabis businesses within Encinitas who create a general obligation on the city in law enforcement and other municipal functions. Unlike Measure A, the revenue from this tax is guaranteed to stay in the areas that are paying for it.
